Billplz Application Process & Required Documents

1. We Handle the Application:

   • Our team will manage the entire Billplz application process for you. This means you won’t need to worry about navigating the setup.

2. You Provide the Required Documents:

   • To get started, we need a few essential documents. Please gather these items so we can complete the application swiftly.

Documents You Need to Prepare:

• Business Registration Certificate:

  • This verifies that your business is legally registered. Examples include SSM Form 9, 24, and 49 for companies, or Form D for sole proprietors.

• Bank Statement or Bank Verification Letter:

  • A recent bank statement or a letter from your bank confirming the account name and number. This account will receive payouts from Billplz.

• Identification of Business Owner or Authorized Signatory:

  • A copy of the NRIC (for Malaysians) or passport (for foreigners). If an authorized signatory other than the owner will handle this, please also provide an authorization letter.

• Proof of Business Address:

  • A utility bill or lease agreement showing your business address, dated within the last three months.

• Office and Signboard Images:

  • Photos of your office location and business signboard. This provides verification of your physical business presence.

• Processing Time: The Billplz approval process usually takes 1-2 business days after we submit the application, provided all documents are complete and accurate.
