To make changes to your contact details, such as your phone number or email address, you can use our self-service Customer Portal. Follow these simple steps:
Step-by-Step Guide:Access the Customer Portal:
- Go to the link provided in your account or billing email to access the Customer Portal. Alternatively, log into your account on our platform and find the Customer Portal link in your Account Settings or Billing Information section.
Log In to Your Account:
- Use your login credentials associated with your account to enter the Customer Portal.
Navigate to Account Details:
- Once logged in, locate the Account Details section where you can view and edit your personal information.
Edit Your Contact Information:
- Click on Edit next to your email address or phone number. This will allow you to update these details.
Save Changes:
- After entering your new phone number or email address, click Save to apply the changes.
Verification (if needed):
