1. Click Support on the left panel.

2. Click '+ New Ticket' button.

3. Fill in ticket information.

4. After filling in, click 'Open Ticket' button.

5. You can view the ticket that you have opened here.

6. Click the blue ticket name.

7. You can change the ticket status here.
